The address that appears on your petition PDF appears on your petition PDF must match the address that is associated to your CM/ECF login. CM/ECF requires a one-to-one relationship between attorney and mailing address, and cannot accommodate multiple addresses. If an attorney practices out of more than one office, he/she is required to select a master address for the purpose of receiving manual notices from the court.
